To transform lust into unstoppable power and gain control over your life, it’s essential to understand the nature of lust, its potential pitfalls, and a practical approach to channeling this powerful energy.

Lust is presented as a natural emotion and desire, a very natural attraction to the sex that exists in every human being. The problem arises not from having this desire, but from losing control over it, allowing it to control you. This can manifest as regretting actions taken after viewing content (like movies or shows), fantasizing, masturbating excessively, or being unable to control checking people out in public. When you allow lust to control you, you may feel stuck or “jailed inside yourself”.

A significant aspect of the problem is that lust is often used as a weapon against individuals by the world, businesses, and companies. They intentionally expose you to images and scenes that trigger lust (e.g., Instagram explore pages, Netflix, movies, IPL and FIFA camera angles) to keep you addicted and capture your attention. This attention translates into money for them through ads and increased viewership.

Uncontrolled lust has several negative consequences:

  • Physical Effects: Excessive masturbation can lead to a drop in testosterone levels.
  • Psychological and Emotional Effects: It can lead to feelings of guilt, a loss of self-respect, and a sense of losing control. Your “masculine energy” can get “hijacked”.
  • Relationship and Health Impacts: Relationships and overall health can be negatively affected.
  • Distraction and Weakness: The “fire” inside you can fade away, keeping you addicted and distracted, which is what the world, particularly powerful and successful people, desire from the masses to maintain their own power. This makes you a “weak man,” hindering your ability to “win in life“.

Lust as a Powerful Energy: Not Inherently Bad

Despite these negative effects, lust itself is not inherently bad or evil. It is described as an energy, a power, a desire, and a force. No desire is inherently wrong. The key distinction lies in how you use this energy. If you channel it into fantasizing and masturbating, that’s your mistake. However, if you redirect the same desire towards achieving a goal or working for something, it can become a powerful force that helps you “win in life” and “give you everything you want”.

This energy is likened to a “fire” – you can either burn yourself in it or use it as “fuel for our engine, for our life’s engine”. The choice and responsibility for how you use this “weapon” to win the “war” of life rests with you.

The Unstoppable Power of Transformed Lust

The idea that lust can be used to “win in life” and “become unstoppable” is strongly affirmed.

Many successful individuals have publicly attested to transforming this energy:

  1. Mike Tyson: Controlled lust for years to be in his strongest form for boxing.
  2. Leonardo Da Vinci: Implied as an example of a famous artist who understood this transformation.
  3. Napoleon Hill (Author of Think and Grow Rich): Stated that lust is “the most powerful energy form” and that successful people know how to transform it into success, based on interviews with many successful individuals of his era.
  4. Muhammad Ali: Publicly accepted transforming lust for success.
  5. Nikola Tesla: Publicly accepted transforming lust for success.

Why winning over lust is crucial:

  • Feeling of Achievement and Power: Conquering this powerful force evokes a feeling akin to achieving a difficult academic subject – a sense of strong achievement, confidence, and increased self-respect.
  • Increased Self-Belief and Confidence: Winning against “life’s most powerful human force” will instill immense self-belief and confidence, making you feel “unstoppable”.
  • Attracting Success: When you gain self-respect, self-love, and self-belief, the world, including romantic partners, employers, and clients, notices it. This freedom and confidence make you unstoppable in pursuing any goal.
  • Training Your Mind for Success: Conquering lust trains your mind to achieve anything it desires. It cultivates a “winning addiction”.

How do I overcome excessive lust?

Here’s a step-by-step approach to transforming lust into unstoppable power:

1. Understand Thought Control: You cannot stop thoughts from coming into your mind, just as you cannot stop birds from flying over your head. However, you have complete control over how much attention you give to those thoughts and how you respond to them. Focus your effort and energy on what you can control.

2. Maintain a Self-Study Diary:

Draw a line down the middle to create two columns.

Column 1: “Trigger” – Daily, reflect and note down what triggers your feelings of lust or causes you to lose control. Examples include:

  • Being alone
  • Going to the washroom
  • Phone reels
  • Instagram
  • YouTube
  • Porn sites
  • Specific people

Continue writing until you have a comprehensive list of all your triggers, which might take 20 days to a month.

Column 2: “Daily To-Do List” / “Rituals” / “Daily Practice” – Write down concrete actions you will not do to avoid these triggers. For example:

“I will not go to Instagram’s explore page”.

“I will delete Instagram” (if applicable).”

These are your personal action steps.

3. Daily Practice and Reminders:

  • Remind yourself of your action steps at the beginning and end of each day.

Commit to doing this for 21 days. This duration is based on studies suggesting that consistently performing an action for 21 days helps wire your brain to sustain that habit.

4. Embrace Setbacks and Persistence:

Winning from such a powerful opponent is not easy.

You will fall, and that is okay. The true problem is giving up after a fall.

Analogy: Learning to ride a bicycle involves falling, getting hurt, and getting back up repeatedly until mastery is achieved.

  • If your “streak” breaks after a few days, start again immediately. The goal is to break the previous streak.
  • Once you achieve a 21-day streak, maintaining control will become significantly easier.

5. Seek Accountability (Optional but Recommended):

Consider finding an accountability partner to support you on this journey.

  • You can connect with others, share daily updates, and hold each other accountable.

By consistently applying these principles and actions, you will not only gain control over lust but also cultivate inner strength, confidence, and the ability to achieve anything you desire, ultimately becoming “fucking unstoppable”.
