Once a user has accessed or downloaded digital content (such as notes, study guides, or articles), cancellations or refunds are generally not possible. If you’ve made a payment but face technical issues accessing your materials, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review your request and do our best to solve any problems quickly. Refunds, if approved due to duplicate payment or technical error, will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
