Shibasis Rath founded RathBiotaClan with one question driving him: “How do we make complex research actually understandable?”
With a strong academic background in Zoology, Bioinformatics, Microbiology, and Evolutionary Biology, Shibasis brings both scientific depth and a communicator’s clarity to every piece of content on the platform. His expertise spans molecular biology, ecological sciences, and data-driven biological research.
His approach is straightforward: understand the research completely, identify what actually matters, then explain it clearly. No jargon barriers. No oversimplification. Just science that makes sense.

Ashutosh brings a unique perspective to the team. Currently pursuing a B.Tech in Civil Engineering, he bridges the gap between scientific content and the audiences who need it most.
He manages RathBiotaClan’s Instagram and social media presence, ensuring our research breakdowns, articles, and insights reach people where they’re already scrolling. His focus: making science engaging without sacrificing substance.
When he’s not crafting social content, Ashutosh explores innovations in sustainable infrastructure and engineering advancements proof that curiosity doesn’t stick to one discipline.
